Reading Dan Brown for the first time!

I love thrillers! Hearing a lot  about Dan Brown, I wanted to try my hands out on his books since a long time now.  But as every reader knows, everytime I finished a book, the choice of picking up the next read out of hundreds of them from the longggg TBR pile became a difficult task!  Finally, after finishing my exams and a long time since taking a break from the reading journey, finally picked up a Dan Brown novel and it was The Digital Fortress! Title of the Book: Digital Fortress Author: Dan Brown Genre: Techno Thriller My rating: ♦♦♦♦🔶 Backdrop: --------------- Why Digital Fortress first? As written earlier, I have seen and heard a lot about Brown's books. Out of those, I especially wanted to start with any of these:       - The Da Vinci Code because this is said to be one of his best.      - Angels and Demons because so many booktubers adore this!      - Digital Fortress  after I watched Shrishty Sharma,  ...

This book is written by Amish with the assistance of writer's club, a group of writers and researches who helped him with the overall outcome of the book. This book explains the story of Suheldev, a great warrior in the history of Bharath, from a small kingdom of Shravasti, which is now located in Uttar Pradresh.  The novel is mainly written in the way, that shows the strength of unity. How can a person deal with a life full of problems and pains? | Book Review | A thousand splendid suns | Khaled Hosseini

Mariam and Laila. Two young ladies going through life full of hardships!  Finished reading Hosseini's another bestseller - A Thousand Splendid Suns. I wanted to read this novel since long and the wait was worth it! After reading it, I am out of words.  The bonding between the two ladies is beautifully connected by the author. They both have their own world of problems and start striving to deal with it at very young age.  Their first few meetings go harsh . The action and reaction of both towards each other being reasonable since both of them are dealing with problems and pains which cannot be compared - as to whose difficulties are greater than one another. But eventually, when they both understand each other and the connection which develops into a great bonding later to the extent of the ultimate sacrifice seems the best part of the novel to me. This is a masterpiece which makes us understand that ,  Be thankful for whatever you have in life, no matter how many di...

"For you, a thousand times over"| The Kite Runner | Khaled Hosseini | Book Review

A fiction brings you different images and perspectives in mind, it makes you think, it makes you create your own world of imagination, it lives in you, it makes you feel the emotions filled in it. A fictional novel can make you change too. Personally, I have always loved fiction. Hearing good reviews of 'the Kite Runner' from many booklovers, I wanted to read it since long. Then I gifted it to myself along with 'And the mountains echoed' by the same writer (couldn't make-out to read it though)  An Afghani fiction novel, 'The Kite Runner' is a heart-wrenching story, which revolves around the life of Amir and Hassan, two little boys who are attached to each other, in many different ways. The honesty and loyalty of Hassan is very touching. The story makes you get back to your own life and introspect about yourself. Throughout the read, I questioned to myself,  'Did I ever make such mistake in my life?' or ' did I treated the ones who lov...
