"For you, a thousand times over"| The Kite Runner | Khaled Hosseini | Book Review

A fiction brings you different images and perspectives in mind, it makes you think, it makes you create your own world of imagination, it lives in you, it makes you feel the emotions filled in it. A fictional novel can make you change too. Personally, I have always loved fiction. Hearing good reviews of 'the Kite Runner' from many booklovers, I wanted to read it since long. Then I gifted it to myself along with 'And the mountains echoed' by the same writer (couldn't make-out to read it though)  An Afghani fiction novel, 'The Kite Runner' is a heart-wrenching story, which revolves around the life of Amir and Hassan, two little boys who are attached to each other, in many different ways. The Street Lawyer by John Grisham : #BookReview

The lockdown has given me a great time to read books in my long TBR list!  Today, here I review one of the books that won my heart! I randomly picked this novel from the library and enjoyed the novel to the fullest. It is a very rare kind of novels I have read till now.. This, is a story of a millionaire lawyer who becomes a street lawyer, when he reaches the state of having only thousand bucks; his life  takes a huge U-turn just in a month's time! The novel also talks about the homeless, the reasons for them to become homeless, their problems, etc.. Neatly written till the end! The English is easily understandable. Rating: 4.5/5 If you too are a bookoholic, don't miss to read this one. Also, comment your opinions below. Happy reading! -Anki
